These Terms govern your use of Locus, operated by Newbee Publication (Sole Trader), Waterford, Ireland.

Locus is for parents/guardians of children aged 6–16.

3. Service Description

• Home-based therapy guidance
• Progress tracking support

4. Not Medical Advice

Locus does not provide diagnosis or replace professional therapy.

5. User Responsibility

• Provide accurate information
• Use guidance responsibly
• Seek professional help when needed

6. Payments

Payments are processed via Apple/Google. We do not store payment data.

7. Intellectual Property

All content belongs to Newbee Publication. You may not copy or distribute.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend accounts for misuse. You may delete your account anytime.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for outcomes resulting from use of guidance.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Irish law.
