Locus began with a simple but urgent question:
How can we help families support their children right now—without waiting lists, overwhelming jargon, or expensive therapy fees?
As an experienced occupational therapist and parent advocate, I saw firsthand how many families were falling through the cracks—stuck between concern and inaction because support was either out of reach or too confusing to begin.
Locus was created to change that.
We built this platform to bring early intervention into the hands of parents—with expert-designed tools, flexible therapy programs, and guidance that adapts to your child’s unique journey. It’s not about replacing therapists; it’s about empowering parents while they wait for, seek, or complement professional support.

Jagdish Prasad Yadav, Founder - Locus Therapy App, Senior Occupational Therapist (HSE)
With over 30 years of experience spanning pediatrics, adult care, and elder care, Jagdish brings deep clinical expertise to therapeutic innovation. As founder of the Locus Therapy App, he's dedicated to supporting parents of neurodivergent children through accessible digital solutions. He's also co-founder of Newbee Publications Europe and author of several books on child development and Elderly & dementia care. Jagdish is passionate about blending traditional clinical care with modern technology to make therapy more empowering for families.
Richa Yadav, Founder - Newbee Publication & Special Educator
A dedicated special educator and part-time secondary school teacher in Co. Kilkenny, Richa brings specialized expertise in supporting children with disabilities. As owner and director of Newbee Publications — recognized by the All-Ireland Business Foundation with "One to Watch" accreditation — she creates innovative resources for families and professionals. An award-winning author of "My Piece of the Sky" and long-time yoga instructor in Waterford, she's passionate about developing creative solutions that empower and support those who need it most.
Shreyaj Yadav, Co-Founder & Lead Technical Expert
As Co-Founder and Lead Technical Expert of the Locus Therapy App, Shreyaj serves as the driving force behind all technical decisions and app development strategies. Based in Waterford, Ireland, he combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of therapeutic needs to create innovative digital solutions for families. In his CTO role, Shreyaj ensures the app's technical excellence, user experience, and scalability, making therapy resources more accessible and effective for parents of neurodivergent children through cutting-edge technology.
Dr. Parul Cedilnik, Clinical & Child Psychologist
With 25 years of international experience across India, USA, and Germany, Dr. Parul has worked with children and adults from over 35 countries. Currently Lead Clinical Psychologist at Applied Psychology Services in Germany, she holds a Ph.D. in ADHD interventions and specialized training from University of North Carolina's TEACCH Autism Program. Author of "Talk to My Brain: CBT-based Stories for Children" and numerous research papers, she brings a dynamic, multicultural approach combining CBT, behavioral therapy, and neuro-cognitive interventions to support diverse families.
Jyoti Agarwaal, Senior Occupational Therapist
With over 24 years of clinical expertise at Lady Hardinge Medical College and Kalawati Saran Children's Hospital, Jyoti specializes in autism spectrum disorders, early intervention, and pediatric care. She manages comprehensive OT services across OPD, IPD, NICU, and PICU settings, with particular expertise in ASD cases and hand rehabilitation. Holding a Master's in Pediatric Occupational Therapy, she also serves as external examiner for multiple prestigious institutions, mentoring the next generation of occupational therapists while delivering specialized care to children and families.
