30+ years of clinical experience behind Locus.

Jagdish Prasad Yadav is the Founder of Locus Therapy and Co-Founder of Newbee Hub. He is a Senior Occupational Therapist with over 30 years of clinical experience, including more than 22 years serving children, families and older adults in Waterford, Ireland.

With over three decades of clinical experience, Jagdish has supported children, families and older adults across hospital, community and educational settings. His expertise spans paediatrics, neurodivergence, sensory integration, dyspraxia (DCD), ADHD, autism, dementia care and community rehabilitation, with a strong focus on improving independence, participation and quality of life.

He previously served as a practising-member representative on CORU’s Occupational Therapists Registration Board (OTRB), contributing to the regulation and professional standards of Occupational Therapy in Ireland.

His clinical expertise forms the foundation of the Locus Therapy App: structured, evidence-informed, parent-guided home programmes that help families begin practical support while waiting for assessment or therapy services.

Richa Yadav is the Founder & CEO of Newbee Hub and Co-Founder of Locus Therapy. Based in Waterford, Ireland, she brings more than 10 years’ experience teaching in an inclusive secondary school, alongside her work as a special educator, author, yoga instructor and entrepreneur.

Her work brings together education, creativity and practical problem-solving. Through Newbee Hub, she has developed books, wellbeing resources and digital tools for families and professionals. With Locus Therapy, Richa leads the parent-focused vision: making child development guidance easier to understand, more accessible and more supportive for families at home.

Her creative work includes My Piece of the Sky, which placed 3rd in the American Gem Literary Festival; Half-Life, inspired by true events and published on Amazon; the short screenplay 15 Days, shortlisted at Waterford Film Festival in 2012; and Hindi short stories available on Amazon.
